Are performance reviews right for my business?
Using SamePayroll for performance reviews is great if you currently have a manual process for facilitating performance reviews and want to automate your workflow. Some businesses might have more complex needs like OKR/goal management, weekly check-ins, or employee recognition. What types of reviews are supported?
We currently support manager reviews (e.g. managers complete performance reviews for direct reports) and self-evaluations (e.g. direct reports complete a self-evaluation). In the future, we plan on supporting 360 feedback (e.g. direct reports complete a performance review for managers) and peer feedback (e.g. direct reports request a performance review from peers) as well.
